Patrick van Aanholt joined Palace Ladies players Pam McRoberts and Natasha Ogbe to talk about the importance of eating well and exercising with children at Monks Orchard Primary School in Croydon.
The trio were joined by Palace's Dr Zaf and Pete the Eagle at the visit, which was all part of Palace for Life Foundation's Healthy Eagles campaign.
